the interview process mostly takes place online through a series of questionnaire which are simple and easy to complete, you take an online training course which runs you through safety procedures and simple guides to performing the role, you then go and pick up kit from a supply point
Easy , they just want to know if you can walk on two feet more or less. So if anyone is concerned in not passing the interview then that wont ever be the case.
Brief questions, mainly centred around your proficiency to ride a bike. They wanted to gauge how many miles you would typically ride in a week. It was fairly informal and light hearted.
