Phone interview then face to face. The office was a cross between a student union and a zoo - very untidy/manic/poorly presented people and office. Not a great first impression for those coming in for an interview. Kept waiting - interviewer had her feet tucked up on the chair and looked half asleep - I had spent a long time preparing a presentation for the interview (as requested by her) which she helped herself to taking, then never got back to me. I contacted her twice but nothing. I didn't want the job but if I had the decency to turn up and put hours of work towards the interview then she should have a minute to respond with feedback. This experience has put me off the company and I went from a loyal customer to switching to Uber Eats. There isn't a 'didn't ever hear back' button on this website because it's rude.
