I applied online, got emailed for an interview. Interview was one of the easiest I ever had. Interview with one lady who asked very basic questions, tell me about yourself, why do you wanna work here. Got hired on the spot. However I was Lied to and was told I can pick what day's I can work. That is not true if there is a home game you are working no exceptions. Job seemed very promising at the interview

Entretien
A representative called me to set up the time and date of the interview. I dressed as if I was having the interview in person. That really helps one to prepare and take even phone interview seriously.
