I applied online and was contacted by the HR team for an initial interview with a development manager. The interview was relatively conversational and focused on my background in architecture, planning and property development. They were particularly interested in whether I had experience with the DA process and working with consultants such as planners, architects and traffic engineers. The discussion also covered my understanding of residential development in Sydney and my interest in transitioning into the development side of the industry. The interview lasted around 30–40 minutes.
