The interview process was certainly a lengthy one. I was living in LA and applying for a position in the NYC office. I did some part-time paid freelance work for two months before they flew me out to NYC for an in-person interview with the CTO and COO. Soon after, I Skype interviewed with the CEO and then I was hired. It took a while but considering the long distance I was moving to take the job, I was glad they took the time to make sure I would be a good fit.
