First, they called by phone. We arranged a meeting for HR and a technical interview. They sent me a project to finish in 2 days. Because I was working weekdays I had only 8 hours of free time to do it. Anyway, I did something like half of the project. After 2 weeks they sent an email It says I was not accepted. After 1 month they called again and said the person who I interviewed left the company and my progress was forgotten they said you already passed the technical and HR interview. Our head of the IT department wants to interview you for the last interview. I accepted and I passed that one too. They wanted my references. I sent my references and they said on the phone everything is fine and they are going to offer in a couple of days. I told them I have another offer and I wanted to start at Definex they said don't worry we will offer you so soon but they were waiting for another person to send formal acceptance mail. They told me exatly you passed everything and they are like welcome to company etc. After a week they said their project was canceled and I didn't accept other companies offers. I lost 1,5 months process and they misguided me for not being transparent.
