Hiring was lengthy - the time from resume submission to interview request was about six weeks. Interviews are business professional and by a panel that does not include the hiring official. Be prepared to answer the usual questions about leadership situations.

Phone interviewed by two managers: one is division director, the other is office coordinator. The questions were all behavioral. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and went smoothly.
