These people are in stone age at a completely different level.
A normal skill assessment to start with just like other bank selection process, followed by a call for phone interview and then inviting for a face to face with the team leader to which the team leader does not take the interview and is some one else doing it for him.
The interview took an hour to complete like a typical interview where one interviewer goes tough on you and other soft. All sorts of questions are asked from you as if the role is for a CEO and not an entry level, which it is still fine.
After the interview I was told since they have started doing the interviews, an outcome will be provided after Wednesday next week, and I was interviewed on Friday, also there are more rounds to go like skill assessment to see if I actually did the initial one and face to face with team supervisor that I was initially told over the email.
Wednesday gone, did a followup for a response to which I did not receive any and after 3 weeks they come back to me with an outcome when I have already started working elsewhere.
If it took 4 weeks just for the first 2 rounds, it will probably take a year to complete referral and background check.
