Questions d'entretien chez Def Method

I interviewed with Def Method and made it through two rounds of interviews, plus a take-home skills test. HR and Product team members I interacted with were great, but I didn't hear back from them for several weeks after my last interview. I had to reach out to HR repeatedly to get an update, and the response was "Sorry, I thought that someone else had told you." It was a strange switch between solicitous and kind when I was interviewing versus after the interviews when they'd decided they didn't want me-- seems like after they write a candidate off, they don't bother with a lot of niceties.

Great process, didn't get the offer but love the take home assignment. Initial screening, then one phone call with hiring manager followed by take home assignment before the pm interview.
