Straightforward over zoom. Interview was well ran and streamlined. Interviewer was professional and knew what to ask. Wanted to make sure we had some sort of experience with working with people in service industry or related and we had at least some experience being on skis.

The interview was conducted online. There were easy questions, a few hypothetical situations and other things, as well as the normal work history stuff. Looking for personable traits, not necessarily the best skier.
