Very seamless and good process. I didn't really have anything negative to say about it. Initial call is 30 mins with internal recruiter and then from there passed onto hiring manager for a 30 min call. However, I never heard back from the hiring manager or the internal recruiter after these interviews.

I had two interviews with Deel, one with HR and one with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, the process was not a positive one. There was a two-week gap between interviews with no communication, which left me feeling ghosted and unsure of where I stood. Both interviews felt very impersonal, especially the second one. The manager came across as impatient from the first moment, which made it difficult to build any kind of rapport or have a meaningful conversation. It felt more like a formality than a genuine interest in getting to know me or my experience. Overall, the process left me with the impression that candidate experience isn’t a priority. I expected more from a company with Deel’s reputation.
