Had the first round interview with recruitment which went really well. The interviewer was friendly and interested throughout. Next, was the assignment which I had put lots of time and effort into. After two weeks of radio silence I reach out to recruitment for an update and I am told I will receive any updates when they have any from the hiring managers. Now about a month has passed and I have still heard nothing. I would have appreciated a rejection email or straight up honesty after spending time over the weekend completing the assessments.

What do you know about the company, previous work experience, what is good content vs bad content
The recruiter was very organized, warm, and friendly. She built rapport from the start and had a lot of empathy, letting me know she would put me through immediately during the interview. The questions were thorough but also relevant and easy to answer with preparation. Deel sounded like a fast-paced but well-respected place to work.

Entretien
Three interviews (talent partner, content manager and content director) and one writing exercise. People were friendly and open. Interview process was fast (3 weeks from applying to rejection). I received an email to update me on the outcome and a further email to complete a survey on the interview process.

Asked lots of things related to the job but also to work in general, such as “what do you need in a job to be happy”. Also tried to position the interview as a friendly chat, which is great, but not what the actual thing is.
