The process was well manage by Alejandra. She keep me informed around of all process. Additionaly the interviews developed by the bU leaders was properly manage as well. The questions very specific and clear.

My experience was great, perfect length of the process and efficient at the same time for every part, to have a great idea if there is a real match. Deel´s HR team is very supportive, helpful, transparent and friendly. I would recommend every single person to apply.

There were some technical financial questions but in general they gave more priority to knowing about me and my financial/accounting background.
