Completely chaotic process. I was referred by someone who works at Deel. I went through different people in the sales team, it took them ages to reply between steps of the interview process. After a bunch of interviews, They told me I was rocking it and was very close to getting the job and then I never heard back from them again. Very poor process which gives an interesting peak into a company that seems disorganized and disrespectful
