Direct to the point interview, well structured and smooth process, overall it took about a month to finish, I'd definitely recommend going through the process as it's very sharp and Deel values are represented within it.

1st round intro call, which also included some technical screening questions; 2nd round Codility challenge; 3rd technical interview (collaborative); 4th discussion with the Engineering Director; and 5th culture-fit interview. Kudos to Vika, Vitor M. & Vitor A. for a great interview experience. eep up the good work!

30 minutes interview with recruiting team, followed by an exercise to do in 3 work days, If exercise is good, a tech interview takes place with a tech team member
