Entretien
The first interview is conducted by a Human Resources employee and consists of a written technical test which is very broad but not very deep in any particular topic. Most topics relate to web development. If the written test scores well, the team lead comes out for a face-to-face interview.
The second interview is conducted by the manager. The interview appears to be mostly a formality, possibly a personality fit.
The third interview is with various executives but is often skipped.
