It was a phone interview with HR. It was in Hebrew For Deep Learning Engineer - Customer Facing role. HR asked about my background and experience. And carefully checked all relevant topics to the job

They asked if I had a deep learning experience and how much experience I have in the exactly improving DL models.

Entretien
Interview process was fast and concrete - started with a get-to-know talk (of both candidate and company sides), moved on with a technical interview (which the subject of it was given to me few days before so I can prepare for the specific questions.
Afterwards i've asked to read a paper then we had a talk about it, following some questions about my understanding of it.
Technical - programming interview which was on-site, had a time limit (so it was not like the time consuming home tasks which can last forever) and was very productive and comprehensive.
HR interview, CEO interview and an offer.
Although process sounds long, it took about 2 weeks end-to-end because of Deci's efficiency and cut-to-the-chase approach.

Technical questions about a specific interview, all DL related.
Programming questions started from very basic and went on to harder and more tricky questions, all DL and ML related.
