It was fast and easy hiring. Simple questions. For mine it was online interview about a few years back. The interviewer was the store leader himself. It was direct in questions. They hired me on the same day.

Brief and efficient, asked about individual commitment/working and school history, individual's interest. Questions mainly were about why they should hire you. They get back to you pretty quickly too and would want you to start as soon as you can.
