the procedure starts with sending CV and motivation letter through the company website. After a couple of weeks, an employee will make a pre-screening interview by telephone. After that, the candidate goes through two interviews with 4 different people. The candidate has access to the second interview only if the first one has been successful. If the second interview has a positive outcome, the candidate receives a contract to sign and starts working either the 1st or 15th of the following month.
The interview process took around 1h but went very smoothly. Hiring manager was nice even though sometimes asked some tricky questions (but I mean, it's part of the process). Overall I would consider it average.

Molto poco tecnico e basato più su una impressione di facciata e personalità più che da vere competenze o esperienze precedenti
