All the staff are friendly, nice. When their spoke to us it makes us like a motivate to be better in future. I never feel fun in interview until I come to decathlon interview.

Interview process starts of with a few activities and games. They will start to reject candidates after this process. It proceeds to face to face interview by the hiring managers and afterwards the decision to proceed to the hiring process is usually made on the day itself. However the offer is not until you meet the Store Manager
