There are three interviews in total. Before proceeding to the official interview, the HR department will contact you either by phone or email to ask some basic questions to determine if you are a candidate who suits their culture. If you pass this stage, they will then proceed to the face-to-face interview.
Face-to-face interview with the recruiter.
Face-to-face interview with the designated store manager.
Face-to-face or virtual interview with the City Director.

It was interesting and something new to me. Different flow of collective interview. And the process is very interactive amongst the other applicants and we tend to know new people at the same time
It was like I was trying to join NASA. I was interviewed about over 6 times. it was tiring and suck process. For the position, just 2 interview is quite enough.

have a phone interview for 10mins after hand in cv, have a short self introduction and talk about my favourite sports. HR will introduce the jobs description. Will have face interview after the phone interview.
