Entretien
It was an assessment day. Combination of group based and individual assessments. There was a presentation by the store managers to begin with and then we did some ice breakers. The group work was kind of fun but the 1on1 stuff was quite intense. They really grill you. Only 3 of us (out of about 15) were offered a job. Unfortunately the interview process was far more enjoyable and satisfying than the role. Save yourself the trouble.

It was interesting and something new to me. Different flow of collective interview. And the process is very interactive amongst the other applicants and we tend to know new people at the same time
It was like I was trying to join NASA. I was interviewed about over 6 times. it was tiring and suck process. For the position, just 2 interview is quite enough.

have a phone interview for 10mins after hand in cv, have a short self introduction and talk about my favourite sports. HR will introduce the jobs description. Will have face interview after the phone interview.
