one to one interview 2 times with 2 different department managers. It was friendly, nice to talk to them. There was no pressure on me. At the end they aske me to have a look at the department and say few positive and negative things.

Why decathlon? What sport do I do? How would I deal with complaining customer? In what order would I deal with more customer in the same time?
The interview process took around 1h but went very smoothly. Hiring manager was nice even though sometimes asked some tricky questions (but I mean, it's part of the process). Overall I would consider it average.

Molto poco tecnico e basato più su una impressione di facciata e personalità più che da vere competenze o esperienze precedenti
