The process is known as DRD and involves a sports round and GD before the interview. All information can be provided on their site. The process is easy but is subjected to personal bias as I have been the interviewer as well over a period of time in Decathlon. Friends may seem to get unnecessary preference. Be aware.

the interview process started to be decent where i formally introduced myself and spoke to the interviewer and later they started asking questions, but it felt like they are not even interested to interview anyone..

sono stato contattato tramite l'università. la giornata di selezione ha previsto la presentazione dell'azienda e della posizione aperta, successivamente un simulazione di gruppo con altri candidati per osservare il comportamento in una situazione pratica e successivamente (nel corso della stessa giornata) un colloquio singolo.

Second Round : Physical Test

ii) Cross Court Workout (Group Event)
Third Round : Skit Performance
4/Team (Any Topic Can Be Performed)
Fourth Round : Live Our Life Program
Three - Four Days Life at Decathlon Branch
They will assign you to a specific department like CRM, Sales etc
And then INTERN and Final Call
