Applied online. No CV required but a series of questions relating to Customer Service. The next day I received an email requesting I call their HR department. There was a short telephone interview and I was asked 'What is excellent customer service'?. After a few minutes, the HR person confirmed that I would be invited for an 1-1 interview and I was booked in. Attended interview with the Operations Manager, He was very polite and friendly- he asked me about myself, where I was currently working etc then there was a series of questions relating to the job role itself and also customer service. I was told I would get a response within 7 working days- however within just a few hours of the interview itself, The Operations Manager phoned me to offer me the position with a start date the following week.

Sit down with a designated manager to discuss the job after completing a phone interview, the manager I got personally was friendly and supportive when giving questions.
There was however an inconsistency in who seemed to be conducting interviews

Phone Interview - Basic Questions from the ONLINE application form.
Next stage (If you pass the phone interview) You are invited in store for a group interview which also involves a 1:1 with one of the stores managers.
The group interview contained small tasks like "Take the word 'Customer Service' and come up with a sentence for each letter. Also we had to find out a few things about the person next to us.
The 1:1 was just full of basic questions. EX: Why should we hire you? What can you bring to the company?
