Initial phone interview with recruiter, hiring manager interview, then meet the team. Team was very standoffish and uncommunicative. Waited weeks for a response after they said they would have feedback. Overall process was very long and drawn out. The only way I finally discovered my rejection was after multiple emails and text messages to the recruiter.
