I submitted an application to their website, did a phone screening, and then an in person interview with 4 teams of interviewers at their Seattle office. The in person interview consisted of meeting a member of every team, with questions from each team and an opportunity to ask my own questions to each of them, which was very helpful for me to figure out if I wanted to work there. I also had a 1 on 1 with the COE near the end of the interview, which was actually the interview with the most technical questions, he was very technically oriented.
