Entretien
Very smooth and quick. Manager was very pleasant and she made sure we understood the onboarding paperwork which doesn’t always happen. It was a great experience and I accepted the job on the spot.
two rounds of interviews, professional, formal, but also not high pressure. Interviewers wanted to know about my transferable skills and my long term goals in the wine industry, and what my preferred working availability was.
