I put in my application and and got a call about a month later. I was then invited back for testing which was about 2 1/2 hours long. After testing was complete a week later I got a call back for a second interview. About two days later I was called and offered a position. Overall very smooth process. Seems like it is going to be a great place to work for.

After you apply you are sent an email to arrange a 15 minute phone interview. If you meet the job requirements you are scheduled for an in-person interview with a supervisor and you take an aptitude test.
