In person interview go over job and qualifications. They do offer training and dock to driver programs which i wish i knew about sooner b4 having a loan to pay for school. Made a offer. Had to do 2 assessment test and now waiting on a call back

I sat down with the service center manager and the assistant manager to discuss about the position and then they took me for a walk around the warehouse to get an idea of what I would be doing.
The recruiters were very helpful in connecting and assessing my strengths and what I was looking for. The interview itself was very laid back. The manager was very personable and interested in what I had to offer.

2 interviews First went well. Second didn't seem serious. No call back or explanation. Couldn't try again. Would like another chance. There was a nice quality to the people and place
