Entretien
There was no interview, I only went through an online application process. You enter their website and fill an online application, where you have to indicate your language pair, years of experience, number of words you can translate in a day, and your fees per word. Then an HR executive contacts you to tell you that you qualify for the next step. Once you pass that step, which consists of translating a document and passing a quiz, you are hired.

Question 1
There are no interviews, applicants receive a document which they need to translate from English into their native language. The second step is a questionnaire I had to answer online, then they send you their internal rules and regulations and make sure that you read everything.
If your application is successful, they'll ask you to undergo an online training to evaluate your translation and formatting skills. This training can take up to a day to complete.

They'll ask you to reproduce a file (format, font, etc.) so that it looks the same as the original, just translated.

Translation test. You have to translate and editing about 300 words of a Day Translations rules document. Application online. You have no deadline to complete the document. It is important that you have to give back this excactly how they gave you it. Same editing.
