Very quick and easy. The manager was very nice. You interview process may take longer depending on the schedule of both managers. You meet with the assistant store manager who then decides whether or not you meet the store manager for an interview.

It was a super easy interview process. Went in for one interview and was hired within a week. This was my first job and I had no experience in sales prior to this.

What is your biggest weakness and how are you trying to overcome it?
An hour process with questions about personality/styling. They made you select a bridal outfit to get a sense of your style. They also asked basic interview questions like strengths/weaknesses and more.

I applied online, and was called and offered an interview.
We had a group interview with two of the managers plus one other candidate (a third scheduled candidate didn't show up).
