My friend worked there and recommended me. I went into the store, turned in an application, and the store manager happened to be there at the time. She took me into the back, liked me, then had the regional manager call me. After that, hired!

Easy, friendly, to the point. They gave a brief history of the company, responsibilities, and asked how I qualify. Since I also had previous experience with them, it was very straightforward.

I enjoyed the group interview process however I felt like there were a lot of "rounds" of interviews. There was a group interview then a store manager interview and there was a great deal of time between when I interviewed and when I was offered the position.

Go through a series of interviews wth all managers. First interview is mostly discussing company policies and expectations. Must be available on weekends. Very big on sales but training is provided.
