I saw a "now hiring" sign in the store window and applied online. Within a week I got a call in for an interview. I originally applied for the Customer Service position, but upon talking to one of the managers, she thought I would also do well in the stylist position. At the end of the interview I was invited to come in for a shadowing for both positions a few days later. The shadowing gave me a good idea of which position I would prefer. I went in for a follow up interview a couple days later and interviewed with another manager. This interview was more specific to the job and my abilities/challenges I thought I might face. Overall the interview process was quite positive!

went to the hiring event, sat with two manager the process was really simple, and management was great we interveiwed in groups and then two at a time with the second manager to go more in-depth on our experience.
