Easy, friendly, to the point. They gave a brief history of the company, responsibilities, and asked how I qualify. Since I also had previous experience with them, it was very straightforward.

You go into the backroom and its usually a group interview process. Everyone goes in a circle and management ask questions or gives stories about working in bridal. It's a very relaxed process. Dress to impress, everyone is always in dress code. The interview isn't intimidating, it's more of a friendly environment. You get to know who the management team is. Usually, core stylist will come by and greet.
I enjoyed the group interview process however I felt like there were a lot of "rounds" of interviews. There was a group interview then a store manager interview and there was a great deal of time between when I interviewed and when I was offered the position.
