Average retail interview, I thought it was more fashion oriented, but it is still just retail. I was called for a one on one, which was awkward. I was called a second time for an assessment online and then called within a day to do a second interview which more likely was to give me the offer.

Entretien
It was a super easy interview process. Went in for one interview and was hired within a week. This was my first job and I had no experience in sales prior to this.

What is your biggest weakness and how are you trying to overcome it?
An hour process with questions about personality/styling. They made you select a bridal outfit to get a sense of your style. They also asked basic interview questions like strengths/weaknesses and more.

I applied online, and was called and offered an interview.
We had a group interview with two of the managers plus one other candidate (a third scheduled candidate didn't show up).
