Entretien
Applied and was in communication. Got interview scheduled as we discussed the minimal time and day for both of us to meet and greet to accommodate both our schedules. As I decided to take the interview during my lunch period as I currently work full time and my off days are weekends. No available as they wouldn’t be available those days. Day of interview arrived a few minutes late (about 5mins) as I prepared to grab my lunch beforehand, but Erewhon (nearest super market) was a hassle to get my order. As I awaited for my 2:15pm interview was told that my interviewer was finishing up a current interview. I responded calmly and wasn’t much in a rush since my lunch period was an hour. As time continued, it’s been more than 20mins past my interview start time. I felt disrespected and I knew how precious my time was since I was on my lunch period. A male associate checked in on me twice which I was grateful for and I spoke to him that I had to leave and they can reach out to me to reschedule since my time there was disrespected as I then overheard I was to going to be interviewed by someone else. The environment didn’t look much friendly nor comfortable as I was noticing the red flags.

Entretien
The interview process was very transparent and efficiently coordinated. After applying online I received an email the next day asking to set up an interview with the Store Manager. That interview went well and evolved into more of a conversation about my experience and how I have effectively built relationships with my clients in previous roles.
After that, I interviewed with the Assistant Store Manager, and then the Regional Director. In total the process was about 1.5-2 weeks.
