Scheduled phone interview with HR person. All business, very direct. Interviewer was very good about follow up later and notified me that they would not be filling the position at that time.

I had to go through 2 rounds of interviews, the people were very friendly and relaxed. Both were in person as it was before COVID. There wasnt much of a focus on technical skills and more of how I would fit with the team.
