This was my first interview with this firm. It was a phone interview. I applied for several positions because I felt I was more than qualified to do the work. The recruiter had no clue about my credentials at all. She claimed to have several years of experience recruiting civil engineers yet had no clue about the requirements of the position. The next Zoom interviews that the recruiter promised were not set up. The recruiter tried to have my interview recording removed from the internet because it made the recruiter look really bad. The video showed the recruiter not doing his/her job. If this is how they act to criticism like not doing their jobs, I can only imagine what it would be like to work for them. Folks should not waste their time applying for this firm because they will get harassed after the interview.
