The interview process consisted of a phone screen with the recruiter, a video interview with the hiring manager, and then a panel interview which consisted of 5 separate calls with different people from the team who assess leadership skills, culture fit, technical acumen, behavioral questions related to team interactions, and executive management skills. The process took 3+ weeks. I made it to the final round and did not get the offer. The recruiter said I excelled in all aspects but there was a minor concern over culture fit. I don't think they know what they were looking for considering my qualifications, and time in the industry. IMO dodged a bullet. Overall the interview process was a complete waste of time. It's way over-engineered, and lacks engagement from any of the panelist (including a super rude and rushed interview with a tired Engineering Manager. Ultimately didn't get the offer because of some minor factor that doesn't predict success in the role.

The process included call with recruiter, then call with hiring manager, and a call with the team (design, engineer, data analyst, product). It was a pretty fast process and the team just wanted to get to know you and how you collaborate. A lot of behavioral questions and also just getting to know each other and the company.
