I got a call from a recruiter followed by an email by the HR from AAM. After I reached the office, I was given two test papers: one having multiple choice questions about basic mechanical engineering and other about CAD.

Good communication and equally good interaction of the panel.
Friendly environment from the start to make comfortable. Good encouragement throughout the process if interview

Initiated via phone screen and interview. Followed up by a group panel of would be senior team members, final interview hiring manager. Interview process took about a week after each round, maybe a little less.
