The interview process happened in three stages with calls from a technical director and an HR rep. Then you have an in person or Skype interview with three representatives that take about a half hour each. Very straightforward and quick response time.

The first on site interview included members of my direct management team and HR. It was really more conversational than question and answer, so no specific questions stand out. The team was forthcoming with answers about the company's direction, though not as specific about my actual day to day job duties, which is one of the reasons I hesitated to accept the position and led to me ultimately declining the offer.
