I took an initial screen with DataMinr after I was referred over 4 months ago. I was scheduled to take next steps with an engineer on the team but didn’t happen after a couple of reschedules. The recruiter was at a loss when trying to explain the role, tech stack and even broad comp ranges. The initial screen was more of a pitch on the company than any specific technical questions. I know a lack of structure is expected with a start up but this place seemed like a mess so I would recommend caution for future candidates.
