I submitted my application online, and then had a phone screening with a sr manager. Shortly after, I came to the NYC office for 3 consecutive interviews with managers and team members. There was a brief technical portion of the in-person interview in which I had to navigate an excel sheet. Throughout the process, interviewers were lighthearted and humorous. This gave me a good sense of the company culture. Though it could be interpreted as unprofessional, I liked that employees were comfortable sharing their thoughts candidly.
