Awful I had an interview with the recruiter who gave me a take home assignment (I had this exact job title before so I know I am able to do this job well) she then waited about 7 weeks to get back to me and once she did she set up a ‘feedback’ call I thought she was moving me forward in the process but instead the call was to tell me everything I did wrong in the assignment such as marking me down because I didn’t give ‘more information’ that wasn’t even given in the question. Only for her to also tell me they aren’t looking to hire someone who lives in Barcelona which the recruiter knew from the start.
