I applied directly on the website and a few days later I got contacted. The process lasted less than 3 weeks. A total of 3 technical interviews were organized by different team members, but always in relation with the security topic. All interviews and related questions were quiet "techy" but always let the candidate some margin of explanation to justify his answers.
