Applied online, phone screen with recruiter, phone screen with senior team member, technical assessment, in person interview 1:1 + group + white boarding.
Positive feedback and followup from each person I spoke with after each round. Even if there were a few days between interactions, you were never left completely in the dark. Technical assessment is untimed and heavily self-driven, but they don't ask you to do it until after you've had the senior team member phone screen. You're clearly being interviewed by the team and the company, not just a couple of hiring managers.

I had a very disappointing experience with Datadog's recruitment process. After making it to the final round for a Solutions role, I later learned that recruiters had contacted former colleagues at my current company to ask for feedback about me. This information made its way back internally, putting my current job at risk. Not only is this highly unprofessional, but it also raises serious confidentiality concerns. I would caution candidates to be aware of this before applying.

Entretien
It had 4 phases: HR, HM, Tech Assessment, Panel.
The tech assessment was made with an online platform, and it was really simple.
In the panel I had to talk about a topic where I was good technically and the interviewers acted like customers making questions etc (be really prepared on that). They payed me all the travel expenses since this last one was face-to-face
