No OA, straight to technical interviews. Both were standard LC questions with a current engineer. Had to explain thought processes and was stressful if one test case didn't pass. Last round was a behavioral / resume grill with a senior employee or manager.
Hard, codesignal asked tough questions. Started with two easy and then went into hard graph and bit manipulation stuff. Overall was a pretty stressful experience but definitely just needed to prepare more for the future.
Interviewer was busy working on his own stuff, expectation wasn’t expressed at all. Interviewer was not engaged at all. Feels like he just doesn’t want me to pass. And he didn’t let me express my thoughts because he wanted to focus on his work.
Very simple. After you apply online, you have a short recruiter call before the standard DSA technicals with engineers. Varies in length and intensity. After that there's one more behavioral interview.
