Straightforward interview with technical recruiter. General questions on Databricks to see if you did basic research on the Company. Also had questions on my background with a focus on data analysis. A few questions tied to job qualifications in job description (i.e. use of BI tools, strategic planning).
Interviewer was a bit unprofessional - started by showing up 5 mins late to the interview with no heads up - I had a hard stop after 30 mins. He was also misleading at end of interview. After he described next steps of process and told me I'd be moving forward with next thirty minute interview, I received an email within 48 hours that I wasn't moving forward in process.
The interview process described over the call sounded a bit excessive. The process consists of an initial phone screen with technical recruiter, phone screen with senior member of team, case study on data analysis, follow-up interviews with several junior members of team, and finally a presentation of your choice on any data analysis project you worked on.
