First interview was a long video conference call that went well. I was asked to send my work samples as a follow-up. Then asked to fly out and do an all-day interview with the team. I met with four people 1:1, and did a presentation to a group of marketers of various functions showing my past history of work. Overall the conversations went well, but a couple of the interviewers bad mouthed companies I had worked at, which left a sour taste in my mouth. I was completely ghosted until I followed up aggressively with the recruiter after my rigorous day-long interview. Was told they went with someone else they felt was a better fit.
